Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using VolleyPro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a VolleyPro account. VolleyPro accounts are for tournament organizers; the Service isn't directed at, and shouldn't be used directly by, minors. Where an organizer enters roster information for players who are minors (common in school, club, or junior tournaments), that information is entered and controlled by the organizer, not by the minor — see Section 6.

4. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. The Service

VolleyPro lets tournament organizers create tournaments, manage teams and player rosters, schedule matches, track live volleyball scores and statistics from courtside, publish public "watch" pages for matches, and view standings. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

6. Organizer-entered data

Team and player information (names, jersey numbers, positions, photos) is entered and managed entirely by the tournament organizer's account — players don't have their own VolleyPro logins. By entering this information, you confirm you have the right and any necessary consent (including, where applicable, parental consent for minors) to submit it and to make it visible on public watch pages, standings, and statistics as intended by the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; impersonate any person or organization; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; or otherwise misuse the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the team logos, player photos, and other content you upload. You grant VolleyPro a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service — including on public watch pages, which are, by design, viewable by anyone with the link.

9. Fees and payment

Your first tournament is free. Every tournament after that costs a flat, one-time fee (currently $19), charged when you create it. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions — your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Fees are for access to create and run that specific tournament and, except where required by law, aren't refundable once the tournament has been created.

10. Intellectual property

VolleyPro and its software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate — including Paddle for payment processing, Cloudflare for file storage, and our database hosting provider. We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers' systems.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scoring/stats data will be free of human input error.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleyPro isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer- protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
